This is the third and final course in the CCNP certification track. CCNP-Troubleshooting prepares students for exam 300-135 TSHOOT.

Extensive labs and expert instruction provide hands-on learning to reinforce troubleshooting skills. Students will learn to plan and perform regular maintenance on complex enterprise routed and switched networks as well as use technology-based practices and a systematic ITIL-compliant approach to perform network troubleshooting.

About This Course

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Plan and document the most commonly performed maintenance functions in complex enterprise networks
  • Develop a troubleshooting process to identify and resolve problems in complex enterprise networks
  • Select tools that best support specific troubleshooting and maintenance processes in large, complex enterprise networks
  • Practice maintenance procedures and fault resolution in switching-based environments
  • Practice maintenance procedures and fault resolution in routing-based environments and secure infrastructures
  • Troubleshoot and maintain integrated, complex enterprise networks

Exam 300-135 TSHOOT: CCNP

After completing CCNP - Routing and CCNP - Switching, students will move on to CCNP - Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks and take the final exam for CCNP certification, CCNP 300-135 TSHOOT.
