About This Course

The CCDA® certification indicates a foundation or apprentice knowledge of network design for the small office/home office (SOHO) market. CCDA® certified professionals can design routed and switched networks involving LAN, WAN, and dial access services for businesses and organizations with networks of fewer than 100 nodes.

A CCDA® certified individual can perform the following tasks:

  • Determine requirements for network performance, security & capacity
  • Design a network structure to meet requirements
  • Articulate the benefits of design to a customer’s satisfaction
