At Microtrain we are committed to your success!  We will personally guarantee that if you take our class and follow our program you will be successfully certified…GUARANTEED!

To qualify for our exam pass guarantee you must follow our proven system outlined below.

1. Attend any of our certification tracks or classes
2. Receive a certificate of completion for the class
3. Within one year of the last day of the class the student must take two practice exams (Self Test or Measure Up) in certification mode and score a 90% or better on both and forward these results to our Training Coordinator to qualify for the exam Pass Guarantee

• Exam Pass Guarantee is available only for courses with SelfTest practice exams available.  Check with your Program Director on the availability of the exam in question.
• For the PMP exam only one test with a score of 85% is required

1. The exam itself must be taken within 30 days of the last successful practice exam
2. Proof of the failed exam must be provided to the Training Coordinator and upon approval a new exam voucher will be issued. 
3. The procedure outline above must be followed each time an exam is attempted to qualify for the Exam Pass Guarantee.
4. A limit of 3 exams will be guaranteed for any single exam
